U.S. Squash Championships Schedule Released
The dates and locations for the 2010-2011 U.S. Championship Series have been announced. National titles will be competed for this season at 19 U.S. Championships, across juniors, adults, hardball and doubles. The 2010-2011 season will also mark the debut of a new team event, the National League Finals, to be held in New York City, May 20th-22nd, 2011.
The U.S. Women’s team Squash Championships (Howe Cup) kick off the season November 5th-7th, 2010 in Rye, New York followed by the U.S. Junior Open Championship in Boston, December 18th-21st. Additional highlights include the U.S. Hardball Championships in Boston, February 18th-20th, 2011, the U.S. Doubles Championships, March 25th-27th, in Chicago, Il, and the U.S. Skill Level Championships in Baltimore, MD, May 13th-15th.

Just a quick email to let you know that we will be hosting our Silver and Bronze Tournaments over the weekend of December 18th- 20th. If you have played in our tournaments before, we would love to see you again! if you are new to them and need some more information, you can call or email us at the club. Please find attached both entry forms for the tournament. REMEMBER: to play Bronze, you must be ranked below 64 on the US squash rankings and for Silver, you must be ranked below 32. SIGN UP RULES
1. $10 per person, per week of play (non-member fee $5 extra per week). This includes Pizza and Beer on the last night of competition. The winner of each group will receive 1 FREE Acupuncture treatment.
2. If you can’t play your match on the night, the match may be re-scheduled and played later in the week. The match must be finished before the next weeks play and if the match isn’t played, the player who couldn’t make the original night forfeits.
3. Matches to be scheduled at 5.45pm, 6.30pm, 7.15pm & 8pm. If you know you can’t play at a certain time please let me know and I will try and work around it.
4. If you are going to be late, it is your responsibility to contact your opponent.
5. If you do not turn up on the Monday night and you do not contact your opponent before the scheduled match time to advise of your no show, you are liable for the other persons $10 fee for that week.
6. Adhere to 90 Seconds between games to avoid unnecessary delays.
7. This is an individual competition and all matches will be self refereed, unless you arrange someone to referee for you.
